Das
Wetter war sehr wechselhaft… einmal brannte die Sonne unerbittlich herunter,
dann verschwand sie wieder hinter dicken Regenwolken, die sich kurze Zeit
später hemmungslos ergossen… Etwas zu Planen war daher eher schwierig und wieder
einmal waren unsere spontanen Reaktionen erfordert um das Beste aus den Tagen
herauszuschlagen… und unser Hotel Patatran (https://www.patatranseychelles.com) in vollsten Zügen zu geniessen – und das war zum
Glück einfach! : )
The weather was very changeable... once the sun burned down relentlessly, then it disappeared behind thick rain clouds, which poured down unrestrained a short time later... Consequently, it was rather difficult to plan something and once again our spontaneous reactions were required to knock out the most and best of the days... and we enjoyed our Hotel Patatran (https://www.patatranseychelles.com) to the fullest - and luckily that was an easy thing to do! : )

Beim
Jogging auf meiner gewohnten Route auf La Digue freuten sich nur 2 von 3 Hunden
auf meine Rückkehr… Als ich mich erkundigte, was mit dem Kleinsten los sei,
erzählte mir der Sohn des Besitzers, dass die Polizei ihn vor einem Monat mit
dem Auto überfahren hatte - ich war fassungslos: Wie kann das nur passieren bei
fast keinem Verkehr??? : ((
While jogging on my usual route on La Digue only 2 out of 3 dogies were joining me... When I asked what was wrong with the little one, the owner's son told me that the police had run over it in his car a month ago had - I was shocked: How can that happen with hardly traffic??? : ((

Am Donnerstag
sah das Wetter dann tatsächlich so einladend aus, dass wir einen Bootsausflug
mit Shamyl und seiner Symplicity (https://www.facebook.com/SimplicityCharterLaDigue)
wagten. Heute fuhren wir um 9:30 Uhr aus dem Hafen von La Digue zu den Inseln Big
Sister und Felicité (Coco Island war unmöglich anzulaufen wegen der hohen
Wellen)… - Und was für einen Prachtstag erwischten wir, nicht nur
wettertechnisch, sondern auch in Sachen Schnorchelglück: Neben den üblichen
bunten Fischen konnten wir mit einer Schildkröte schwimmen und einem Hai folgen…
On Thursday the weather looked that inviting that we took a boat trip with Shamyl and his Symplicity (https://www.facebook.com/SimplicityCharterLaDigue). Today we started at 9:30 am from the port of La Digue and drove to the islands of Big Sister and Felicité (Coco Island was impossible to approach because of the high waves)... – And what a splendid day we had, not only in terms of the weather, but we were also very lucky with snorkelling: In addition to the usual colourful fish, we could swim with a turtle and followed a shark...
