Der heutige Tag fing wie fast immer sehr früh an, denn hier auf den Seychellen erwache ich meist zwischen 5:30 und 6 Uhr. Wie jeden Morgen holte ich frische Minze aus dem Garten des Le Domaine de Bacova (http://www.seychellesvillasbacova.com) und brühte mir einen starken Kaffee. Ich hatte noch Zeit aus meinem restlichen Obst ein Smoothie zu mixen und dann, kurz nach 7 Uhr, ging es los zum Flughafen.
Today, as almost always, I started very early, because here in the Seychelles I usually wake up between 5:30 and 6:00 am. Like every morning, I got fresh mint from the garden of Le Domaine de Bacova (http://www.seychellesvillasbacova.com) and brewed myself a strong coffee. I still had time to blend the rest of my fruit into a smoothie and then, shortly after 7 am, I left for the airport.

Die Emirates Maschine landete kurz vor 7 Uhr aber es dauerte eine geschlagene Stunde bis meine Mutter, Hansruedi, Melanie, Felix und Hanna draussen waren. Momentan gibt es nur 3 internationale Flugverbindungen nach Mahé: Emirates, Qatar und Ethiopian. Valmont der Bay Car Hire (www.papacarrental.com) überreichte uns ein zweites Mietauto - Kindersitz ohne Aufpreis, denn Sicherheit kommt zuerst! : )
The Emirates airplane landed shortly before 7 am but it took a full hour until my mum, Hansruedi, Melanie, Felix and Hanna were outside. There are currently only 3 international flights to Mahé: Emirates, Qatar and Ethiopian. Valmont from Bay Car Hire (www.papacarrental.com) supplied us with a second rental car - child seat at no extra charge, because safety comes first! : )

Unterwegs kauften wir Obst und Gemüse ein und kurz vor 9 Uhr erreichten wir die Villa Fleur de Sel (https://fleur-de-sel-villa.business.site) in Anse Royal, die ich 2 Wochen für uns gemietet hatte. Das lichtdurchflutete Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und liegt am Meer. Leider hat es keinen Strand oder nur einen winzigen bei Ebbe, aber Treppen führen ins türkisblaue warme Meer.
Als sich meine Familie installierte, holte ich meine Siebensachen im Le Domaine de Bacova, wo ich die letzten 3 Wochen gewohnt hatte… Alle waren müde von diesem anstrengenden frühen Tag und ruhten sich aus in Liegesitzen in einer Reihe auf der grossartigen Veranda mit Sicht aufs Meer…
On the way we bought fruit and vegetables and shortly before 9 am we reached Villa Fleur de Sel (https://fleur-de-sel-villa.business.site) in Anse Royal, which I had rented for us for 2 weeks. The light-flooded house has 4 bedrooms and is located by the sea. Unfortunately, there is no beach or only a tiny one at low tide, but stairs lead into the turquoise blue warm sea.
When my family settled in, I picked up my belongings at Le Domaine de Bacova, where I had stayed for the last 3 weeks... Everyone was tired from this busy early day and rested in reclining seats in a row on the great veranda with view to the sea...

17 Uhr wieder Action angesagt war: Es dauerte eine Weile bis wir alle bereit
waren mit 2 Babies (Hanna & meine 85-jährige Mutter)… Es ging Richtung
Süden, dann zum Sonnenuntergang und Abendessen an die Westküste ins Chez Batista (https://villachezbatista.com-seychelles.com) an der Anse Takamaka – mmmhhhhh!

...until action was announced at 5 pm: It took a while until we all were

south, then for sunset and dinner to the west coast to Chez Batista (https://villachezbatista.com-seychelles.com) on the Anse
Takamaka - mmmhhhhh!
